OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Venkataraman Subramanyan, Global Coaching Lab
An experienced facilitator and coach and delights in the joy of making others great. His vast experience across Asia in a variety of leadership roles has helped him tailor his engagements across cultures. He is currently leading a number of engagements in areas of Global Leadership Development, Execution Excellence, Sales Leadership, Women Leadership, Group Coaching and Executive Coaching.
Venkat is certified through the Results Coaching methodology and is an ICF accredited coach. He balances his engagements between individual coaching and Group coaching sessions. Individual Coaching focuses on setting powerful goals in their personal, team and organizational context and helping the individual thoughtfully accelerate towards aspirational goals. Group Coaching is driven by addressing a business challenge within a Group and helping
them establish trust, clarity and critical thinking through powerful questions, and orchestrating their progress towards their stated goals.

Until July 2010, Venkat was a Senior Director for Microsoft and was the COO for their Enterprise and Partner Business. His 14-year career with Microsoft included many roles, including frontline sales and sales management, industry management, sales strategy & operations, and business planning. His span of operations included India and all Asia Pacific countries, which has contributed to his rich understanding and appreciation of culture and diversity. Prior to Microsoft, Venkat was with Wipro InfoTech in a frontline sales capacity. Venkat is a first-class graduate in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
Sripriyaa Venkataraman, Global Coaching Lab
Sripriyaa leads Innovation and Partnerships for Global Coaching Lab. In a constant quest to be at the cutting edge of Leadership development, she brings together the best of resources and concepts that can maximize the effectiveness of Global Leaders. In her engagements with business leaders across multiple cities, she has focused on specific issues that merit additional focus – life balance, conflict management, executive presence and political savvy. Sripriyaa is a certified Executive Coach and focuses on Cross Cultural Diversity Coaching, in addition to Executive Coaching engagements.
Sripriyaa blends her Business Management background with her rich foundation in classical dance to design experiences that brings out the best in people. Specifically, she focuses on leaders exploiting their various Archetypes through the power of music and dance, so that they can get in touch with their unlimited power through their emotions. This powerful experience is transformational for many leaders who discover their own untapped potential and possibilities. Sripriyaa is also a Director in Tripura Multinational, and works alongside her husband, Venkat, in focusing the Tripura Foundation to serve the disadvantaged, through the power of Education.
